1:1 Coaching & NLP — NLP focus

Your map is not the territory

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming — "Neuro" for your brain, "Linguistic" for the language and patterns that wire it.
I trained under Richard Bandler and Keith Leonard and saw how powerful a tool it can be if you want to change.

Here are some examples of what NLP can help you change with:

  • Quitting a habit like smoking, scrolling, or emotional eating
  • Putting an unpleasant memory where it belongs — in the background
  • Resolving inner conflicts — when part of you wants one thing, and another part wants the opposite

A sneak peek into my toolbox

Fast Phobia Process

A structured process for taking the charge out of a fear, an embarrassing memory, or a soft trauma — often in a single session — so it stops holding you back from future decisions.

Anchoring

Want to feel confident right when you need it? With anchoring, that's child's play — we link the feeling to a cue you can trigger on demand.

Future Pacing

Mentally rehearsing the outcome before it happens — your brain can't tell the difference between a memory and a vivid vision, so the more you repeat it, the more you grow into becoming that person.

NLP lets you understand your brain, how it's wired, and how we can actually work with that information — instead of fighting it. It's the part of my training that changed how I see change itself.
